Return eligibility
Eligibility depends on the product condition, manufacturer rules, shipping method, order terms, and whether the item was special-order, installed, energized, used, damaged after delivery, or otherwise non-resalable. Applicable return deadlines, restocking fees, and non-returnable items will be confirmed in the written quote, order documentation, or return authorization.
Freight damage and order issues
Inspect deliveries before signing when possible. Note visible freight damage on the carrier receipt and contact us promptly with the order number, photographs, and packaging details. Keep the product and packaging until instructions are provided.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected, less any authorized restocking, return-freight, damage, or other disclosed charges. Processing time may vary by payment provider.
