These terms govern use of the AO Supply website and online store. By placing an order, you agree to the product, payment, shipping, tax, warranty, and return terms displayed at checkout or confirmed in writing for that order.
Product information and availability
We aim to keep descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability accurate, but manufacturers may revise products and documentation. Verify model compatibility, electrical requirements, refrigerant requirements, capacity, installation conditions, and applicable codes before ordering or installation.
Orders and payment
Orders may be reviewed, declined, or cancelled for pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory limitations, shipping restrictions, or regulatory concerns. Payment authorization does not guarantee acceptance until AO Supply confirms the order.
Shipping, pickup, and risk
Shipping, local delivery, pickup, and freight terms depend on the destination and product. Large or heavy equipment may require freight service and suitable receiving access. Inspect deliveries and report shortages or damage promptly.
Installation and warranties
HVAC equipment must be selected and installed by appropriately qualified persons and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable laws. Manufacturer warranties, when available, are governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, AO Supply is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product selection, installation, delay, or misuse. These terms are governed by applicable Texas law, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.
